Cannonball Management is a hospitality management company in Mystic Connecticut that operates Jealous Monk, Jeremiah's Restaurant & Tavern, Rio Salado, Rio Rapido, El Sueno, Santa's Sleigh Station, Taquerio, Andiamo, Pronto and Cannonball Catering.

We provide unique, thoughtfully designed gathering spaces and serve a range of cuisines and cocktails that are consistently and expertly crafted to the highest standards.

We look forward to the opening of our newest project, The Commodore at Mystic, a 56 room mid-century modern hotel featuring a unique interactive poolside bar and lounge area.

Our History

2016 - Jealous Monk opens in the iconic Olde Mistick Village with a ground breaking “Social Hall and Beer Garden” concept.

2019 - Rio Salado opens across the street from Jealous Monk offering authentic Mexican cuisine and cocktails in a modern, art inspired atmosphere.

2020 - We took a “break”

2021 - Taquerio opens in a former service station in downtown Mystic offering an eclectic range of hot street tacos and ice cold margaritas.

2022 - Andiamo opens in the former Mystic Friendly’s offering old-school Italian favorites and cocktails.

2023 - Pronto opens alongside Andiamo offering take out pizzas and salads

The Future - Work continues on The Commodore, a 56-room mid-century modern hotel adjacent to Andiamo in the former Old Mystic Motor Lodge.

Sponsorship Policy

At Cannonball Management we value our community and our nonprofit partners.

In order to facilitate our participation please use the following guidelines:

- All requests must be submitted by the first day of the month preceding the donation.

- Donations/Sponsorships are only available to registered to 501c3 not for profit organizations.

- Cash donations are not available.

- All food donations must be menu available items.
